The Domain
In a Mediterranean climate with dry and hot summers, the vineyard is located in the middle of the “golden triangle” of Côtes de Provence, a region limited by the three municipalities of Cuers, Pierrefeu and Puget- Ville in the Provence-Alpes-Côtes d’Azur region – France. Temperatures are above the national average and forecasts are reduced. A sea breeze that rises from the sea each afternoon through the Sauvebonne valley helps to clean up the vineyard. The colluvial soils from the surrounding reliefs are clay-limestone, deep and benefiting from good drainage and underground water reserves allowing the grapes to withstand harsh

Plot selection
The vines are planted at an average density of 3600 vines per hectare.
The methods of caring for the vine limit the yields to a maximum of 55hl / ha. The harvest is carried out mainly by machine at the coolest hours of the day in order to preserve the berries.
