• Soil : Limestone of the Miocene and Basalt screes

• Age of vineyard : 30 years

• Terroir :
In terms of vine and vineyard management, the Courts have long banned insecticides and reduced the use of chemical inputs to a minimum.
To preserve the vines but also their own health. And with an atypical
planting density – 7,500 vines per hectare

• Vinification :
Mechanical harvest.
Vinification according to the ancestral method, this sparkling Bordeaux
wine has a beautiful natural sweetness.

• Wine tasting :
Nose : Fresh fruit, citrus.
Color : Hot pink.
Palate : Very fruity, very fine bubble, slightly sweet.

• Stocks : 4000 bottles
Case of 6 bottles of 750ml
