• The Domain
In the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation (Loire Valley), Château La Perrière extends over approximatly 50 hectares. It has developed, modernized and diversified over the last 4 generations.

Attentive to his customers, Vincent LOIRET helped by his wife and 3 other collaborators, has a permanent concern for quality and never stops keeping abreast of new developments.

Age of the vine: 30 years old

• Vinification and maturing
The picked grapes are transported to the press in round grains. After pressing, the must undergoes settling, then it is transferred to the vinification vat. During this transformation at low temperature of 15 °, all the solid elements of the wine called “lees” are deposited at the bottom of the vat. The following spring, bottling takes place without the wine being racked, which avoids any oxidation and preserves freshness and bouquet.

Colour: Pale yellow
Nose: Bunch of hawthorn and lemon
Palate: Both round and lively on the palate; ample and very aromatic.
