• The Domain
In the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation (Loire Valley), Château La Perrière extends over approximatly 50 hectares. It has developed, modernized and diversified over the last 4 generations.
Attentive to his customers, Vincent LOIRET helped by his wife and 3 other collaborators, has a permanent concern for quality and never stops keeping abreast of new developments.

• Plot selection
Clay and sedimentary rocks
Age of the vine: 30 to 35 years old

• Vinification and maturing
After settling for a few hours, the must is transferred to the vinification tank.
No racking then comes to shake it; it is under these conditions that the alcoholic fermentation carried out today takes place under temperature control.
This Muscadet remained on lees for 4 months (6 months minimum for a Muscadet sur Lie) before bottling in January.

• Tasting
Colour: Pale yellow
Nose: Fruity nose of white and even yellow fruits
Palate: The mouth is perfectly balanced with a saline hint of the best effect and a good dose of freshness. The wine shows size and above all an expression of beautiful fruits, very ripe but without excess.
Nice finish.
